Here is a 5 day plan to upgrade and reboot your brain and help with brain and memory training:
𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟭 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗣𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦
Unlearn things to have an open mind and forget things that distract you.
Be an active learner and recap what you have learnt on a daily basis.
Your learning state is influenced by your thoughts and body. Try meditations or breathing exercises and change your posture to be comfortable.
Approach your learning with the intention of teaching to someone else. That will deepen your learning.
Reserve a block of time for brain training, even if it is for 10 minutes. When you enter this block, you should focus only on brain training.
Develop the habit of reviewing after each session.
𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟮 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗣𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦
𝗞𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝗡𝗧𝘀
ANTs are Automatic Negative Thoughts that keep nagging at you from time to time.
Identify those thoughts that prevent you from focusing on what you want to do.
Start shifting your mindset by talking back to them and say positive affirmations to yourself.
𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Reflect on negative things you ask yourself subconsciously each day
Identify those questions and think how you can change them to change your behaviour.
PRO TIP: Ask yourself open-ended empowering questions.

Write down what you aspire to achieve. Writing it physically has its charm.

Now, analyse how your brain training might improve their lives. That will be your new found purpose.
For example, through brain training, you might inspire positivity, enable creativity and so on.

Practice memory techniques like remembering names by associating them with something.
These improve and create new neural connections, keeping your brain healthy.

Setting a reading goal, even if it is just 10 minutes, helps reduce stress and improves mental stimulus.
